Sewer Scope
Visual inspection of sewer line from structure to main municipal sewer line through the use of a camera system
Private Water Well System Inspection
Inspection of private water well system for compliance with state regulations, condition of system components, flow rate, draw down, recovery rate, static water level, and more. Does not include camera inspection of well casing, drop pipe, or pump.
Private Septic System Inspection
Inspection of private septic system for compliance with current regulations, the visible and observable condition of system and components, observable performance of system. Does not include tank pumping. Condition of tank is limited to what can be visually observed at time of inspection.
Water Sampling of Private Water Well
Obtaining water samples and delivery to laboratory for analysis of private well water
